What to include
The email address on your account (or the one you used at checkout) and a short description of what you need — a refund question, a form that looks wrong, trouble signing in, anything else. The more specific, the faster we can help.
What not to send
Never email us your Social Security number or a scan or photo of any government ID, passport, or certificate. We don't need them to answer a support question, and email isn't how we collect anything sensitive — the checklist itself handles that, encrypted, through the account you're already signed into.
